I am so glad that I was finally able to try this place. The layout is great and I live the variety of snacks options they have. Prices are great, perfect ice choice and the teas/lemonades are amazeballs. I hope they add more flavors and add in options in the future.

Initial review was 2 stars… it actually tastes very good so I put it to 3…. paid almost $9 for a “24 ounce” matcha.. this like 6oz liquid and the rest is ice. It’s filled to the TOP of ice😭😭😭😭

HTeaO is officially my new favorite drink spot. The Sweet Strawberry Passion is still my go-to - it's that good. On this visit, I tried the Desert Pear Refresher, and it was really good. I also tried the Dirty Cherry Poppi, and while it was just okay for me, I’m glad I gave it a shot. That says a lot, because I usually don't like anything in my soda except a lemon wedge. Great drinks, fun options and a spot I keep wanting to come back to. Please open a HTeaO location on the NE side of Phoenix!

Great spot to grab some tea. The employee Elizabeth really made the experience top notch. She is friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices and great selection of flavors. Would highly recommend!

Wow Outstanding Customer service Of course first time here and I was in drive thru First in line and waiting and waiting and waiting and the cars were behind me were getting their drinks 🤔🤔 I didn't know what was going on but I finally got my LATTE AND IT WAS BOMB.COM AWESOME 👍😃. AND THE NICE EMPLOYEE APOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME A COUPON FOR A FREE DRINK TEA GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK THANK YOU…!
